All products offered on www.clipfable.com are digital video editing assets and templates. By placing an order, you acknowledge that no physical goods will be shipped.
Delivery Method: Upon successful completion of your payment, an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address ([email protected] for support) containing a secure, unique download link or access credentials.
Technical Format: Digital assets are delivered in industry-standard compressed formats (such as .zip or .7z) containing compatible project files (e.g., .prproj, .ae, .drp).
Transaction Nature: Each purchase constitutes a one-time transaction for the specific digital product. This is not a recurring subscription. Access is granted immediately upon the commencement of the digital delivery.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (For EU/EEA Customers)
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Refund Standards
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once the digital delivery has commenced (the link is generated or the file is accessed), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. The purchase of a Clipfable product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the assets within your creative video projects.
License vs. Ownership: You are purchasing a license to use the digital items; you are not purchasing the ownership of the files. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property—including but not limited to source code, artistic elements, music, and templates—remain the sole property of MANYPIXELS PTE. LTD.
Prohibited Uses: You are strictly prohibited from:
Extracting, copying, or isolating individual elements of the assets for redistribution.
Reselling, sub-licensing, or sharing the original digital files in their raw or template form.
Using the assets for any commercial purpose not explicitly granted by the license.
