4. Refund & Right of Withdrawal
Can I get a refund for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital content, once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable under Singaporean and EU consumer laws.
EU Right of Withdrawal:
For digital content, by clicking “Purchase,” you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital download or streaming has begun. If a file is technically defective, we will provide a replacement or a refund accordingly.
