1. Mandatory Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day “right of withdrawal” (cooling-off period) is explicitly waived for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once the performance has begun.
By completing your purchase and accessing our digital assets, you provide your prior express consent and acknowledge the following:
Immediate Performance: Digital delivery (via download link, dashboard access, or automated email) constitutes the immediate commencement of service.
Finality of Transaction: You expressly agree that once the download link has been triggered or the asset has been accessed, you lose your right to cancel the purchase or request a refund under “change of mind” grounds.
